"I love myself. I am worthy of being heard. I am not the sum of my past. I trust my voice." - Dr. Shefali

Kelsey Watts
It is Kelsey's goal to guide you on your healing journey using the experience she has gained through her personal healing journey. She believes that the healing journey never truly ends. It transforms and changes as you grow, heal and better yourself. Allow Kelsey to help you begin to help yourself.
Worthy Truth Wellness began as a virtual yoga studio during the lockdowns of 2021. It has been blossoming and changing as Kelsey's early vision foresaw. Kelsey is teaching yoga at the Elmhirst near Keene and booking 1-1 Reiki and EFT Tapping sessions. Reach out to learn more about these new offerings.

"My parents did the best they could with the knowledge and experience they had, as we all do. I love and deeply appreciate them for all that they are. I come from a family of separation and numbing the pain, rather than processing the traumas. I suppressed my trauma for 20 years, just as I was taught. Until I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Amrita Living Yoga in Peterborough, this training was led by Tiina Kivinen and Ally Boothroyd.

I have since been working through my trauma, finding ways to continue my healing journey, and blossoming into the woman I know I am meant to be. I am finding my voice, my power, my truth and my authentic self." ~ Kelsey Watts

Kelsey has visions of advocating for mental health, sexual health and general wellness with a focus on the prevention of sexual assault and childhood trauma. She will be teaching about how to get help when these horrible things do happen to young people. She hopes to [one day] write a children's book series on these topics.
