Kelsey connects with Soul Full Camp as a guest leader. She attends the weekend retreats and teaches a yoga workshop about the Chakras. This is a beautiful community to be a part of. So much love and uplifting connections.

Now & Zen is a collective that runs wellness events in the Peterborough area, focusing on connection, relaxation, nature, and fun. Kelsey has been a valued guest and collaborator, bringing warmth and energy to the community while helping shape meaningful and restorative retreat experiences.

Kelsey teaches some yoga at the Elmhirst and she is on the list to book reiki sessions at the spa. The Elmhirst is a beautiful local resort to get away and enjoy yourself.

Reflexology and Reiki

Kelsey knows quite a few amazing reiki practitioners and she has seen Heather Litster most often for reiki as well as reflexology. Heather is such a beautiful soul. Her sessions are always nourishing for the mind, body and soul.

Chiro & Massage

Kelsey has been a long-time Chiropractic patient and has been seeing Dr. Jen Martichenko for a decade! She has been getting massaged since a car accident in 2022 and is now seeing Dani Christie, a neighbour and friend.

Naturopath and Osteopath

Kelsey has been wanting to try these modalities for years. She sees Dr. Wei Wei Haun in Peterborough who is like a magician for hip pain!! Kelsey has seen Cassie Fiene in Norwood and is in love with Osteopathy for body care. Definitely recommend both.
